The Solution
Provided by Avanti International, our two part chemical grout injection process provides the best solution to permanently seal sub grade concrete against moisture penetration. By injecting the chemical grout into the wall under pressure, we are able to allow the grout to reach the exterior of the wall and as the grout begins to solidify it forces the chemicals back through the crack to the interior surface. This creates a mechanical lock within the wall to permanently seal the crack with a pliable silicone-like gasket from one side of the wall to the other. This is much more effective than epoxy coatings that merely cover the surface of the crack and still allows moisture penetration into the wall.
