Q: Will you tear up my lawn?

A:  No, we will not tear up your lawn.  Our waterproofing technique solves your leaky basement from the inside out.  You will not have a backhoe in your lawn! 

Q:  How long does it take?

A:  A typical basement repair job takes 3-4 days from start to finish.  However, if we’ve learned anything it’s that we’ve never seen a typical basement repair job.

Q:  Is this similar to mud jacking?

A: No.  Our waterproofing technique is not mud jacking.

Q:  Does my insurance pay for your service?

A:  Not likely.  Unless you have flood insurance water damage in your basement is most likely not covered.

Q: Do you offer financing?

A: We currently do not offer financing.  However, we do accept most major credit cards.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?

A: Yes, we warranty any crack that we repair for 25 years.  We will provide you with a written guarantee that the specific repairs we have performed will be water tight for a minimum of 25 years.  We limit the warranty only to cracks that we have repaired and  you will not be covered on any new cracks that may result from continued degradation of your foundation or basement walls. 

Q:  Do you install back up sump pumps?

A: Yes!  We will be happy to install a back up sump pump in your basement.

Q:  Will I receive a written estimate prior to commencing work?

A: Yes.  We always provide a written estimate of services to be rendered.
